AA is a fantasy RPG where many genres come together in one place. The setting is the island of Atlantis, still ruled by the gods though they haven't been seen for thousands of years. Villa di Andolini The students received instructions to arrive the Villa di Andolini in Crotone, Italy on or before the Tuesday even before the term starts.
The Villa is located on the outskirts of Crotone, Italy and is own by a family close to Acheron - the Andolinis. For one week prior to each semester, the Villa di Andolini is closed to all but AA students. They provide the meals for the students during their stay as well.
Across the Sea On Wednesday morning, the students are met by two faculty members who will lead them onto a boat.
The students have access to three levels of the boat - the lowest level holds the state rooms the students share with one other person of the same gender and year. The next holds the dining area (with simple foods like sandwiches, snack foods, and drinks) and the staff rooms. The uppermost is the deck.
The Island of Atlantis Just before sunset of the second day on the boat, the students arrive on the shores of Atlantis. Once there they will set up camp and cook dinner for the night on the beach and the Student Ceremony. Forum Led by: Luka Farleigh
Professor Leon's Classroom Professor Leon's classroom is shaped like a miniature amphitheater. The room was once used for group worship and because it was not being used and Vitore enjoyed the design and the quietness of this part of the school, Vitore claimed it for his own. It is dark, but not foreboding, and the deep green and navy of the heavy drapes that hang from the walls give it an elegant feel. In between the drapes are various archaic-looking items, carefully placed high above where any of the students can reach. There is a statue of a Roman general in one corner and the desks are arranged neatly along the tiers.

Gymnasium Despite the ancient locale and feel of the school, many areas boast the latest in technological advances and the gymnasium is one of those place. It is a spacious room with a weight lifting area, exercise equipment, wrestling mats, gymnastics apparatus, and two of courts that can change to suit the desired sport by inputting the information into a computer system on the wall. The gym is open to students from 8am to 10pm every day and is always open to faculty.

Pool The pool is actually a large, but shallow (only about 5 feet), square of indented marble that was once used for cleansing before the priests and priestesses would go to worship Poseidon. It has been filled with warm water and is available to students during the day. A hot tub has been cut directly into the rock at the corner of the long, rectangular room and is magically kept hot and bubbling all of the time. Along the opposite wall is a small steam room. The pool (like the gym) is open to students from 8am to 10pm every day and is always open to faculty.
Main Offices When one enters what was once a temple they are greeted by long, wide corridor lined with magnificent sculptures and works of art. Directly to the left is the Main Office. There is a desk immediately upon entering this area where the Office Assistant will find out what you need and direct you where to go. Behind them is the small amount of office staff and their desks and off to the side is the long hallway that leads to the Administrators' and Dean's offices. Subforums: Dean Townsend,

Professor Townsend's Classroom A fairly unremarkable classroom with pale blue walls and a standard teacher's desk at the front. The only touch of personalization are a few subject-related posters on the wall and a single poster of some surfers riding a wave.

Auditorium The auditorium is a large rectangular room of which the top half is decorated in a massive, but brilliant, depiction of the war with the gods. Acheron had this created to remind the students of the history of Atlantis. There is space down at the front with a stage and despite it's ancient appearance the room has the latest technologies installed.

Cafeteria A large room set up with numerous round tables where students can sit and eat and chat. Along the far wall is the kitchen where a hot meal can be purchased if the students are so inclined and there are various vending machines along the wall for those too rushed or too broke from a prepared meal.
Courtyard In the center of the Main Floor is the Courtyard. One wall of the library, the cafeteria, and the back of the auditorium make up three of the four sides of the Courtyard. It is a wide, rectangular area of lush green grass and wildflowers in the spring and summer. In the center is a working fountain with a tall, ancient statue of Poseidon spraying water into the air. Along the far end of the Courtyard is a row of seemingly impenetrable, thick, tall bushes forming a solid barrier from wall to wall.
Professor Atsukaria's Classroom A moderate sized room lit by hovering balls of flames on the side walls of the classroom. The seats are set up in a radius fashion, facing the front-center of the room adorned with a large desk, three chalkboards and a cabinet with glass doors filled with a bunch of chemicals and metal equipment. Faculty Quarters The second floor is divided into two corridors. The West corridor is where the Faculty Quarters and Lounge are located. The rooms are modified from what were once the chambers of the priests. Most of the rooms have the same basic layout - an open area for the living room, a kitchenette off to the side, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Some are larger than others and those are used for couples, while the smaller rooms are used for single staff. Faculty members may decorate as they like.

Professor Cade's Torture Chamber Located at the top of a spiralling tower, Professor Ruthark Cade has two rooms. Room one is for practical work; it is sparsely decorated beyond the rugs that cover the natural stone floor and a few scattered cushions for students to sit whilst Professor Cade demonstrates. Room two is for written work, and a little more comfortable because of it - at the very least, it has discernible seats and desks. Professor Cade keeps the blinds shut at all times because he enjoys stereotypes.

Professor Griffith's Classroom A small room decorated in the signature deep red tones of Mr. Griffith. He has chosen to deviate from typical classroom etiquette and has furnished the room with comfy armchairs and little tables that take two or three students. There are two broad, full-length windows, one either side of the room, with thick heavy drapes to keep out the chill in winter.

Faculty Lounge Only accessible to faculty, this room is a haven away from the students for those seeking only adult company or a break from everything else. It is decorating in warm, comforting colors with a wall of windows open to the Western sea where incredible sunsets can be seen every night. There a couple of comfortable couches, a couple of tables and chairs, and a television on the wall which someone has attached a game system to. There are cabinets full snacks and a fridge with drinks and goodies. Acheron believes in pampering his staff. <3
Infirmary The infirmary is at the far end of the hall across from the lounge. It houses a few beds and a station for both a doctor/healer and a nurse. There isn't much privacy though, as the only thing separating the beds are thin curtains that are not always drawn.
Library The library is a vast area at the direct end of the East Corridor. Great Ionic pillars section off the room, well-stocked with books new and old. It, like the rest of the temple, is gorgeous and full of art. It holds a couple of plush couches, computer terminals, and tables for studying. Beyond it is a vault that holds ancient scrolls the students can view with permission from the librarian.
Unused Classrooms Around the temple are several rooms that have not been put to use yet. Most are dusty and old, some are full of items not in use, and a couple might even have hints of the ancient past within them. Just be careful. Ancient magic also runs through these places.

Hidden Hallways Like any proper ancient building, Poseidon's temple has hidden passageways, pathways, and hallways leading off to nowhere or sometimes to somewhere. As usual, be careful!

Tea Room Tucked away in a quiet and hard-to-find nook is a comfortable little room that provides peaceful sanctuary from the pressures of life. Day or night a roaring fire constantly warms the hearth and the feet of whoever is lucky enough to be sitting on the long velvet couch opposite. A single bay window lets in the playful caress of sunlight during the day and the gentle tickle of the moon at night whilst keeping out the draughts and unwanted noise of the outside world.
Garden The gardens are located behind the temple and are a beautiful explosion of color that changes over times with copses of different arrays, including areas for each of the five factions and a larger representation to all of them. There are benches around the garden and whitestone paths that wind through the various areas.
Stables The stables are down the long stone staircase at the front of the temple and are of ancient design, restored by Acheron's magic. The stables house 8 horses. 4 draft horses (2 shires and 2 Clydesdales) and 4 Arabians for riding. The students may visit all of the horses and ride the the horses with permission of the stablehand working at the time. Beginners will be given the gentlest of the Arabians, but experienced riders who can handle them may even ride the draft horses.

Ruins The ruins are scattered around Atlantis, particularly on the rings. There is everything from an ancient cemetary to the remnants of homes and the old market. Students may even find artifacts here and there, though keep in mind that the ancient magic still courses through the land and can do unexpected things.
The Rings The three famous rings of Atlantis still exist, though they are overgrown with trees and plantlife and crumbled ruins. Stone pathways connect the rings and serve as bridges over the water that flows between them.

The Plains Beyond the rings are the flat plains. There are many wild animals roaming freely among the tall grasses.

The Forest Even further distant than the plains is the forest. It too is full of wild and exotic animals. It is a full days journey to reach the forest by walking and several hours on horseback.

Mountains Off to the side of the city ruins are the mountains. Not particularly tall or majestic, they are quite attractive and house many deep caves and caverns to explore.
